We answer bookkeeping-related questions, follow up on missing information, and keep track of the details specific to your business. Additional services such as receipt management, accounts receivable and payable, payroll recording, and project tracking can be included in your customized scope.

During your first few months, we’ll walk through your reports, explain what the different accounts represent, and show you how to find information in QuickBooks Online.
You’ll know where to find and share statements for conversations with your CPA, financing contacts, or other business professionals. If additional bookkeeping information or coordination is needed, we can work directly with those professionals when appropriate.
Depending on your service package, financial review meetings may also be included monthly or quarterly.

Once your monthly bookkeeping is complete, we’ll notify you that your financial statements are ready. We also maintain notes about how your business operates, so you don’t have to explain the same details repeatedly.
